Ovulation?

All my opks have been negative (I'm on cycle day 14) and I'm so so sure I've already ovulated I had all the "signs" egg white CM and my cervix Has been up high soft and open (it's now still high harder and closed) so Im pretty sure it's happened.

I tested like a freak so not sure how i missed my surge?

Does the tests not work with some people??
