Advice! Please!!!

I did the 21 day progesterone blood test to check for ovulation. The doctor said my levels were at 1.5 which means that I probably didn't ovulate. But I felt like my cervical mucus said otherwise. I am heart broken and crying my eyes out. Is there even any point in testing for pregnancy this month?!

Back story-we live in Africa(military), my doctor who was helping with concentration just left, new doctor who doesn't have experience in family planning(her words), I only have clear blue digital tests that ordered on online(mail takes around a month to arrive)
