Exercises
So I have a knee injury (it's called osteochondral defect which means I broke off 8 millimeters of my knee and the bone and cartilage is floating around in my knee and I need surgery) and I can't find many exercises for my legs or ass that won't injure my knee further. I can't do squats, I can't run, I can't jump, I can't bend or straighten my knee super fast. If anybody could give me some exercises to do that would be amazing :)
