Weird Worrying Symptoms (Ovarian Cancer??)

I have been on implanon for a little over a year and have not had bleeding for about 6 months, but I have some worrying symptoms.

For a little background, I'm 16

Three weeks ago I started being nauseated and unable to eat more than 700 calories a day. Since then, this week I started spotting and having bad cramps, while still feeling sick and anxious. I stumbled upon a post about ovarian cancer and found that all of my symptoms match and I am now terrified. My mom isn't home today and I need advice!

Also, last time I had sex it was dully painful, like where I should usually feel pleasure I felt dull pain/discomfort
