Feeling Paranoid
Is anyone else worried about knowing so early? I think if I was 12 weeks already I'd be less worried about having a miscarriage. I'm 5 weeks today and we were trying. I got my first BFP a week ago late evening, which I thought was odd because my FMU tests were all negative... Anyway, I'm just feeling kind of paranoid because I'm already huge and have had a few people asking. We're trying to keep it our secret til about 12 weeks just in case something goes wrong. I have my 1st OB visit this week, which as I understand is just to confirm. I'm itritated by that since I'm wasting my time and money just for a doctor to confirm my pregnancy and not get to hear a heartbeat or anything because there isn't one yet. I already know I'm pregnant, my boobs are killing me, I can feel it moving (growing or something, there's definitely something different going on in there), along with a few other pregnancy feelings the CBD test also said "pregnant" so I am 100% sure!.. Back to being worried: I learned today that we're not supposed to eat lunch meat unless it's cooked first, long story short it could lead to miscarriage. I learned this after I ate a sandwich that I believe the meat was going bad on it... My husband has porch cats (always has) but he's never been the greatest at cleaning the litter box, when he does it ends up in the driveway🙁. If he doesn't wash his hands super well afterwards and then touches something that I touch after him, will this cause harm to our baby? Our dogs eat everything (it's disgusting really) They tend to get prairie dogs and so on too. Our puppy sleeps in the house cause he's still little, so we cuddle and I get puppy kisses and occasionally have to clean up an accident. Is there a chance of me getting toxoplasma from him? If cats pass it along from eating rodents and birds, can a dog pass it along too if they're earing rodents and birds as well? I'm not looking for the answers to my questions here, I'm just freaking out and I don't know if other mommies to be are this worried about everything!?! 🤔
