Iud help

So I have been treated for bacterial vaginitis, the gel is what I used, I then had 2 days of spotting then a week later I had brown discharge? Bleeding? For about a week..now I just had like a thick white, kinda booger like, discharge. This is all in a 3 week span. I have continued to have cramps and bloating like I'm on my period and make me nauseous. I have the IUD and am taking BC pills. Can someone explain or make sense of this cause I'm going nuts.

Could I be pregnant with all the antibiotics I've been taking?
