Breastmilk to Cows Milk...
Alright, this whole transition has me confused. I have no questions weaning him, read a lot about that and offered cow's milk to him already and he took it straight out of the fridge and loved it. Yes I know I'm early introducing it but he will be 1 in one week. Before cow's milk, he nursed 4 times a day. Currently, I cut out his 2 afternoon seasons and offer cow's milk. He still nurses morning and bedtime. My questions are did I always offer cows milk 4 times, to match the nursing sessions? He currently nurses within 10 minutes of waking (7ish) then breakfast soon after (8-8:30), so do i offer cows milk in the morning or bump up breakfast? I have read both ways but am I supposed to offer milk with meals or water with meals? I was doing water with meals and any other time and milk in a sippy 30 min before naps. I hope I'm on the right track... Thanks!
