Plz Helpp

So... I almost always start my period a day or 2 earlier than my expected date. I am now a day late, and, I know it doesn't seem like I should be worried, but oh good Lord am I terrified... The last time I had sex (used a condum) was about a week ago and my boobs are really sore and feel swollen. I don't really know what to do or if I should be worried this much, but I can't sleep and am so anxious I think my hairs gonna fall out. Help? Advice?
