Should I go to the doctor?

Okay so I was sitting on my couch yesterday with my sister and I was wearing pants. I felt my thigh itching but I thought it was just a little itch so I scratched it and continued talking to my sister. I went to go change into shorts and I noticed these marks/bites on my legs. Does anyone know what kind of bites these are? And should I go to the doctor for them? There are about 8 or 9 in total. They itch super badly and hurt when I touch them.
