Spotting & "that feeling"...

(Disclaimer: I've already called my doc and they said wait till my first appt. unless things change and/or I have more bleeding) I found out last Wednesday that I was pregnant with my rainbow baby (had miscarriage with D&C; last November at 10w). Anyway, had some cramping over the weekend, then some spotting (dark brown) the last couple days. The spotting happened last pregnancy too, and we saw a heartbeat at 7w, to determine later baby probably passed away the day after we saw the heartbeat. The miscarriage took WEEKS to happen. :( I also have the "feeling" I'm not pregnant anymore. Anyone else have this, maybe someone who was wrong and went on with a normal pregnancy? Three weeks until my appt is a long time to "wait & see"... yet I know what my Urgent Care bills were from last year so not willing to go there for them to tell me nothing...

I know you can't give me an answer, but hearing others' stories is somewhat therapeutic in the meantime...
