cramping in first trimester

So I'm about 6 weeks and have been cramping on and off sometimes alittle painful then others. This is my first pregnancy and was wondering when I should be concerned about it? I meet my obgyn tomorrow and I'm going to mention it. I just want to know from others if I should be worried or not
