Is this disrespectful or not??

Me and my boyfriend has been together 1 yr and half and we lost a baby in February. Now I am about 6weeks pregnant and he doesn't want it but I do.  Is it disrespectful for me to keep the baby? I've been trying for over 8 years to have one and I don't believe in abortions unless it's a health reason. I don't want to leave him but I don't want to get rid of my baby either.

I'll be real blunt.  if he didn't want a child, he should have stopped having unprotected sex with you. I'm pro choice 100%, but you want this child, and truth be told, he's not going to stick around regardless of if you keep your baby or get an abortion.  Keep your baby, and move on

It's your decision as well. He made his decision that he doesn't want it and (I assume) won't be supporting you or the child. It's your decision if you still want to proceed with keeping it without having his support

Don't get rid of your own flesh and blood because of a man. That child will be your greatest joy... Believe me! The same thing happened to me. My ex and I had been together a little over a year when I got pregnant at 18. I was scared and so was he the first thing to come out his mouth was abortion..That was a big no from me. I didn't even 2nd guess it. I knew I could raise the child with or without him. He was with me throughout the pregnancy but after I had my son he ditch us, said he had to have "time to his self" (sleeping with other girls). When my son turned 4 months I met another guy, we've been together ever since. That's been 4 years ago, we now have 3 kids together and been married 3 years. So don't sacrifice anything for a man you "think" you love. If he cared for you he would be happy to care for you and the unborn baby. May God bless you and help you through your troubled times.

Forget him... When I was with my ex and got pregnant I told him abortion isn't gonna happen so don't you dare mention it, there are these options: adoption, we do it together, or I do it on my own.... We did it together ...you have to man the best choice for you and your baby
