Ivf egg health low amh

Hi everyone I am new to this app and been ttc 6 years with 3 failed ivf rounds. Tests have recently come back that at the age of 27 my egg health is poor with a low egg supply (amh = 5) other then that no other fertility issues. This has got me concerned as always hoped that things could happen naturally despite having failed ivf and trying for years. Can conception still happen with unhealthily eggs and low amh naturally or are my chances slim? We are thinking of having ivf with donor eggs but would love any tips on how to boost my chances of natural conception with my diagnosis .
