TTC baby #2

Sorry for the long post but... Did anyone have a light period while pregnant? I feel the same way I did when I was pregnant with my daughter. But my periods have been all out of whack. I started April 23rd and bled for 2 weeks. Then started May 25th and bled for a couple days shy of a month. Now I've been bleeding for a little over a week but its not a normal flow for me. Doesnt get on my underwear or a pad at all only there when I wipe. But I've been having pregnancy symptoms like sore boobs, I've been a bit grumpy, pelvis area is almost constantly sore, my appetite has increased a lot and I've been getting acne, which I haven't had since I was in my early teens (besides when I was pregnant). I want to take a pregnancy test but my fiancee is the type of guy who believes that you can't have a period while pregnant so he would get mad and tell me I couldn't buy a test. Any advice on what to do? ShouldnI buy a test and just let him get mad? We have been ttc baby #2 for 4 months.
