Are laction products worth it?

I'm pretty much prepared for the baby. I just need a few things for me for breastfeeding and still a few items for the baby. I'm making a list of all products I need and I'm wondering if the teas and cookies and all that is worth it? I've read that all you need to increase supply is more nursing time.

I didn't need anything. I would only purchase if you find you need them.

Personally they didn't work for me. I EBF for three months then just dried up like a desert no matter what I tried but my best friend swears by them. It really depends on the person.

See how your supply comes in first. It's a waste if you have ample supply. I used Fenugreek pills, Mother's Milk tea and Moringa powder. The moringa worked best for me.

I also never took anything to increase supply. Feed often, drink more water than you think you should, and stay positive! Breastfeeding can be hard but so worth it!
