Help... Tampons Postpartum
So I am 12 weeks postpartum and pulling out tampons are hell!!😩 can anyone relate? I have been cleared by my OB and healed well so I dont understand why its so uncomfortable.. I havent had sex yet and after this I couldnt imagine having it anytime soon... when do you feel completely normal again down there??
