My son will be 8 months on the 25th. We are doing solids 2x a day and he is breastfed. I need some advice getting him to sleep better at night. He always nurses to sleep and then I put him in his crib. He will wake up every couple hours and need to nurse again. Sometimes he eats like he is actually hungry and other times he suckles for a few minutes and back to sleep. I don't understand why he won't just go back to sleep! I have no desire to try CIO. I have tried to just give him some pats or rock him without nursing but it doesn't always work. Do any other mommas have similar issues? Or did you recently overcome this issue?
