TTC for 2 years

My wonderful husband to be is 24 and i am 23 we have been trying to conceive for over 2 yrs now I have small cysts on my ovaries but wasn't really told much besides "keep trying" by my doctor. I have irregular periods and within the last week I've been eating at weird times craving things I normally don't crave and yet I have my period or so I thought but it's been crazy all over the place. What do i do we want a baby so we can start a family! I don't know what to think about what's going on or what to take or do to help us conceive any suggestions? :)
