6 months to the crib..?? question for mums of early babes

my husband is the one who wants Olivia in her own room so badly. I still have major anxiety and know I won't be able to sleep for a while. my question is, if your baby was early did you go by their "adjusted"age? Olivia was only 3 weeks early but I think I would feel better having those 3 extra weeks wth her next to me just because.. her 6 month appt is 2 days after she turns 6 months (and I'm not planning on mentioning the big day to the man 🙄 pretty sure he won't think of it)  and I'll be asking her dr what she thinks but I'm always curious about what the glow mamas think

i think it is up to you. everyone is different. My LO is 6 months and is in his co sleeper next to me still. we moved his crib yo our room but haven't used it. the American academy of pediatrics suggests room sharing for a year.  my husband wouldn't mind either way but im keeping him with us at least 9 months but probably a year.

My son was also 3 weeks early, he turns 6 months on sunday! And i just moved him out ouf our room yesterday. Hes not by himself though because he is sharing the room with his 16 month old sister. 
This was during nap time or what was supposed to be nap time (both were wide awake)

I moved mine at 3 months and she sleeps so much better.  So do we.  I have the video monitor on all night on my night stand so I hear her if she needs something

My son used to sleep in a pack n play next to my bed but two nights ago I moved him to his crib in his own room. The first night he slept for 5 hours in it before waking up and last night only like 3 hours 👎 He's used to sleeping in my room or with me so hopefully it'll get better soon!

We moved our girl to the crib when she started rolling over... around 4.5-5 months. We all sleep so much better now.

My bub is 6 months today and I moved her to her crib about a week ago now. We kept disrupting her in the night and she wasn't sleeping as soundly anymore. I was sad about it and she didn't even care lol. She has been sleeping much better in her own quiet room and I find she naps better during the day now as well. If you aren't ready then don't move her. We were co-sleeping so she was in her nest in the middle of the bed. I was going to move her to a crib in our room but it wouldn't fix the issue of disrupting her so I just did it cold turkey. I think because she slept in the nest in our room she was fine with the move since it was still her bed. 
Do whatever you are comfortable with.
