BABYBOY💙💙💙COMING HOME OUTFIT. GOWN OR NO GOWN?🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Ladies okay so I'm due 10/25 in the NewYork area where October is tricky is season, how do you feel about a gown instead of footied sleeper for a babyboy💙💙I mean does this even work with OFCOURSE alittle fleece coverall bunting? My fiancé says sure why not babyboys can wear gowns also I'm just tossed really. We found one on etsy and I'm in love but only comes in a gown style not footied yet say for newborn boys. Anyone out there sons in gowns? My mom says absolutely yes so I need alittle feedback. Thank u girls.

I put my son in sleeper gowns a lot, and have bought some for our son due in October as well. But I don't think it's a good coming home outfit since he will be in a car seat. I would put him in a sleeper or anything that buttons between the legs so it's easier to use with he car seat.

i wouldn't take him home in a gown since its not as easy to buckle in a carseat. a gown while in the hospital or when you get home absolutely.

I hate gowns. They always ride up on my son no matter what he's doing. He can be just laying there doing nothing and that thing rides up around his thighs. They're also difficult with a car seat. I much prefer zip sleepers.

this was my boss coming home outfit. I wouldn't do a gotten because of car seats. this outfit could either be pants or a gown. we have pictures of him in it both ways

It was super cold and raining when we brought my son home. We had a gray strip onesie with gray sweatpants and a baby blue jacket that said handsome on it

My daughter was born 10/26/15 and we live in ny too. I wouldn't suggest a gown bc of the car seat buckle. I would just go with a onesie, pants and a fleece or sweater and socks . You can always toss a blanket on when ur not in the car. It was 70 degrees the day we brought her home so I was happy I had layers for her to remove.

From experience I wouldn't do a gown. It's hard to get them into the car seat with a gown on and they're little toesies stick out. I used a gown with my daughter and wish I would've thought of that first.
