BFP after over a year without help?

Question

Just wondering if any of you wonderful ladies got a BFP after over a year of trying without any outside help or know of anyone who did? I'm 33 and my husband is 30 and we've been TTC for 13 cycles now without success. I have one cyst and a fibroid but my doctor says that shouldn't cause any issues. My husband is getting tested in August. He's still super optimistic but I'm losing hope. :(

Took us about 14 months to conceive. Our son is 10 months now and we are trying again!

Tried for 15 months.  Finally went to a fertility specialist in August, conceived the first IUI, lost it in September (turned 34)  Didn't try October (too devastated).  November IUI fail.  December IUI conceived.  Lost baby at 20 weeks in April.  Now trying again while mending a broken 💔 I urge you to not wait too long.  I SO regret waiting. Take Coq10 for egg quality (no meds for egg quantity) and prenatal vitamins for sure. Zinc is good for sperm count.  Good luck!
