Breaking the news?

I'm 19 turning 20 soon and I'm pregnant, my parents are very strict people and their answer to everything is grounding me (yes even at age 20). Is there anyone out there who knows how to break the news on strict parents? Tips, pointers, how to bring up the conversation? I've been having so many dreams about breaking the news to them it's all I can think about.

I'm 19 and found out I was pregnant at 18 and I was sure my family would kick me out if they found out but when I told them they were understanding (mad at first but they got over it) just sit them down and talk to them

Sit them down calmly and say something like mom dad im coming to you to let you know im pregnant 
And they cant ground you you are a legal adult and can come and go as you please
