Feeling Sad

So I've been super late on my period. Still haven't gotten it and I'm 19 days late. I went to the Dr today and they did an internal sonogram and i had a cyst rupture. spoke with the Dr and he said that this could've happened because my body wouldn't accept the pregnancy. They believe it was a positive and the only other time I had gone through this was with my 2nd and i almost lost him the same way. I feel so emotional and sad and torn. hubby told me it's ok we're just getting closer to having a baby. anyone gone through this? I feel like I'm the only one who goes through this even though I know that's not reality.
