I think I'm pregnant

So last Thursday I had sex and he came inside me. I think I was ovulating bc of my discharge but I'm not really sure bc I'm irregular. It's been almost a week and my body feels different, I pee more than I ever used to, I go to the bathroom to poop every time I eat something bc my stomach doesn't handle it, I have cramps and i don't know what to think, sometimes I get a headache or my boobs hurt, and it's too early to take a test so what should I do?
