Should I call the Dr ?

Hi ladies !

This morning i woke up and my body was aching pretty badly , so i took a warm shower & then tried to lay back down & maybe rest a little more . I started coughing a really painful and congested cough that hurt my chest and made my head feel like it was going to explode . On that note , i also had a headache . Eventually i started feeling a little feverish & checked my temp. it was at 99 exactly, then i checked again about an hour later & it was 99.5 so i looked it up & it said anything under 100 should be fine . Well i just checked again & it's hit 100 exactly , I have chills & my body is aching still . I have my diabetes test appointment tomorrow morning so I'm wondering if I should call the doctor now or wait until tomorrow morning .

Also I still feel baby girl moving , not sure if that matters or not . My pregnancy has been completely normal up to here so I'm just not sure what to do .
