I'm a hairstylist and my fingers and wrist are in so much pain!! Advice?

I'm not usually a holistic medicine advocate but massaging peppermint oil into my forearms and wearing a brace are the only things that get me through. I type at a desk all day, I feel your pain.

Before becoming a SAHM, I was a dog groomer for over 5 years. I still have carpal tunnel to this day, but it was so much worse during pregnancy! There are exercises/stretches online you can do everyday that help a bit. Rest, rest, and more rest! Also, it helps if you wear a hand brace while you sleep. Super uncomfortable, but worth it. Ugh, hope it's just temporary for you!

Find a good massage therapist. Not one that does just relaxation but one that does more therapy. I used to be a massage therapist and helped so many people with repetitive stress syndromes.
