Regret fighting

Do you ever get so mad mad your s/o and see something that makes you realize its so stupid to stay stuck on if something ever happened to them... like just not being able to hear their voice having to try and remember what they sound like😞 I thank God my love is still around and I don't have to go through that. I need to reevaluate somethings and make peace with my anger and my s/o
