Bad to spoil almost 2 year old?

So long story short I spoil the crap out of my daughter apparently. I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant. If she really wants a toy, I'll buy it for her (within reason/ if she doesn't lose interest in it before we leave the store). She wants to get out the shopping cart I left her run around. She wants to be picked up, I pick her up. I give her what she wants, when she wants it.

I feel like if I can afford to get her what she wants so I get it for her. If she wants to get out of the cart she should be free to roam with me. If she cries, I give her what she wants because I don't want my baby girl upset.

And her dad always gets mad at me. Says I should tell her no more and that she shouldn't get everything she wants. But I don't see the harm if

1: she's going to be a big sister anyways and will have to learn to wait to still get what she wants and

2: she's not even two years old.

But her dad keeps telling me I'm messing up as a mom and always gets mad when I give in to what she wants. I guess I need an outside view if I should cut her off from getting what she wants or if it's okay to spoil an almost 2 year old who's about to be a big sister if it's not a strain on my wallet or time.
