Extremely Nervous

So today I go in for my second hcg, to see if my numbers are doubling. My first hcg was really low at 55. (Which could be a very early pregnancy ) by my lmp my due date is 3/20. But I'm really irregular and do not know when I ovulate. I feel so stressed out, I couldn't sleep all night. We had a loss back on 9/2016 due to a chromosome abnormalities, I'm terrified that I won't get the news I want. It's hard to relax because I'm an OB/GYN nurse and see about 30 pregnant women a day, when you're in the field you know all the real possibilities and it's hard to be positive. Please please God let this be my 🌈
