Fmla fail
Anyone else work for a small business that doesn't have to offer any fmla? I just found out that because my employer has less than 50 full time employees, she doesn't have to guarantee my job back after I take leave. I had already made peace with the fact that I got no paid time off but now it's like I'm effectively quitting my job as soon as I go into labor! America really sucks sometimes!!
