BBT and OPK don't match up
my opk was positive yesterday and this morning my temperature spiked. the weird thing is, I took another opk this morning and it is still positive after my temperature rise 😦 does this mean I haven't ovulated yet? ... I've been TTC about 1 year and I still find opks and bbts confusing!!
