Dont know what to do

I had my son three weeks ago and because I don't want to have sex till obviously after I get the okay at my six week check up but I thought I would do some foreplay on my SO well that didn't turn out how I planned :( it was all going good till my three week old son began to grunt while pooping and it turned my partner way off and I just thought really, we went through this with our daughter and we never ever had time to please our needs :( obviously our son is very important to us but how does anyone find the time please advicev
