Why do I hate water now??? 🤢

I've always loved, loved, LOVED water and now it's disgusting. 😖 I always liked it at room temperature and I started needing it ice cold last week (6wks). Today? Bleh! I had to get a flavor packet from my coworker. I wanted to be healthy but this kid seems to only allow pasta, a few chips, and pizza crust. Sometimes Life cereal. Uuuuuggh! 🤦🏾‍♀️

This happened to me for a week and it was the worst. I just made sure I had other things to drink (which we normally only have water and almond or coconut milk at home). La croix and Perrier helped a bit too. I just keep the fridge stocked with orange juice, unsweetened green tea, even limeade for when the water disgust hits!

yesss water is such an aversion!! i have no choice to drink it very very cold or squirt lime zest in it....i swear im living of gatorade, club soda and orange juice.

During my first trimester last time, I lived on bagels for breakfast, potato soup for lunch and dinner, and my sweet tooth completely went away! 6 weeks now and have yet to see any aversions or cravings.

hey you are not alone. have you tried carbonated water? and steamed quinoa or IKEA brand whole grain crisp bread (like round biscuits) as pizza bases worked for me.

Anyone else not able to eat anything with sugar?!! The closest I can get to sugar is a V8 and that's pushing it some days! Also all I want is beef jerky and egg rolls lol
