ovarian cyst?
yesterday I experienced horrible pain in my abdomen and radiating pain in my back from 5pm last night to this morning. It has not come back and I've been told I might have cysts. I feel that I might but I also am supposed to be starting my period today as well, so could it be cramps etc..?
