What did you lady's think about infertility clinic

I'm in my 30 always having issue to get pregnant Nevis I'm irregular and don't ovulated so easily for the first one I went to infertility clinic for low cost but that was 9 years ago but when we try for the second time took me 3 years to get pregnant by myself and then 5 years for the third but now we want to try one last time to get a boy but now I have more issue with my period during this 6 month I'm spotting a week and then a week off and so on. I'm then today I'm went to the clinic they help me before if they help me to regulate my period and for ovulation but I don't know if they going to say yes I'm so very sad 😕
