Please Help!

I had an MC at 4 weeks 3 days - last month and I'm due for my period in 3 days. But I think it came early (today) so I used a tampon and about 2 hours later this came? My periods are NEVER this light and I heard that after a miscarriage your periods are heavy....is something wrong??
