Well, first you shouldn't be insecure. I know it's hard not to. But the less you weigh yourself down with negative thoughts about yourself the happier you'll become. If you compare yourself to someone. Don't. That's even worse. We are all made differently. We are all beautiful. Be you. Don't try to change yourself for someone or don't change yourself into something you aren't. Be you. Be yourself and the right people will fall in love with you. Stress, we all stress. But sometimes we can control it. And other times we can't. You just need to find something that relieves your stress. Like reading, a sport, drawing, writing, etc. Just find something that makes you happy and whenever you are stressed do that one thing. That's what I do. For me I play basketball it's my stress reliever. You just gotta find yours. Friendly reminder, you're beautiful. You're worth it. You're amazing. You're gorgeous. You're wonderful. Etc. Be you. Be happy. Be bright. Oh and don't forget to smile 💞
Sadness really need advice
So I am really insecure and people don't understand and I over think a lot at night when I am alone. Most of the time I cry myself to sleep because I am so upset. And I don't really know what to because I am also stressed out a lot of the time. Any advice??
