Elevated LH to FSH ratio
I have recently just been diagnosed with PCOS, things that have indicated this were my periods becoming irregular 4 months after stopping the pill, the ultrasound showing "slightly polycystic ovaries" and the fact that my LH levels were significantly high compared to FSH levels. Blood tests confirmed all other hormones have shown to be fine i.e. No insulin résistance. I also am not overweight or have excessive hair etc. I was just wondering if anyone had had the same diagnosis and how they treated it? My doc doesn't seem keen on metaformin.
