PCOS, no periods and suddenly today

I had my last period on May 10th and usually am very irregular, TTC since 9 months and no luck. I have PCOS for which the size of the bubbles had reduced now accordingly with the medication I have been taking. I was expecting this month and a big NO , not even got my periods 😢. I have been cramping a lot these days and today suddenly had a spotting . I couldn't tackle what is this . Please pour in your suggestions and advices from below
