Traveling at 17/18 weeks?

In currently 4 weeks pregnant and recently booked a trip to Italy for October. I'll be 17/18 weeks at that point. If you were in my shoes would you still go or reschedule?

LOVEEEEE this post!!!  I also have a trip to Italy booked (for September, I'll be at the 12 week mark) and am so happy to see all the love and support in these comments!!
I know we'll be taking things slower than I originally planned, and will do a lot more "go with the flow" even if it means missing out on a few activities so I can nap and rest, but this is my dream vacation and I wouldn't miss it for the world.  After baby everything will change, and we might not have this opportunity again!

I hear second trimester is best for traveling. I bet it will be great! We have a Sweden/Denmark trip planned in November and I'm not looking forward to the cold.

I would still go personally. It's seems like the perfect time to travel. Hopefully any sickness that comes would have past by that point, but you won't be so big that you're miserable walking around.

I would buy trip insurance and go. My SIL went to Spain and France at 18-20 weeks pregnant.

As long as no complications or high risk, go.  I traveled around 24 weeks last pregnancy without issue.

yes! I'm due March 7 and going to London for a wedding in November. the second trimester is the best time to travel

Go!!! I have trips planned all the way up to 8 months. The only way I would cancel any of them is if my doc says not to fly. Enjoy Italy! It's beautiful 😃
