How many of you eat cold deli meat?

I'm just curious to this. It seems to be such a big topic all the time. I personally don't just because I can't stomach it right now. Later in my pregnancy last time I had a couple of sandwiches. How many of you have had drs advice that it's ok to eat? And not heat it up.

My doctor and all literature said absolutely not. So why would I put a turkey club over andoctors orders. 
I'm a grown woman. I have 9'months to abide by the rules.  I trust my doctor.  If she said it was fine, I'd do it.  If she says hell no, I don't.

I do now, but that's only because my Dr okayed it. She told me that as long as the source is reputable and the meat hasn't been sitting out, like at a buffet or family gathering, I should be fine. I was thankful for this answer since my husband has been a nazi about what I eat 😂 Bless his daddy heart ❤️

My doctor said it's kind of a ridiculous rule with all the health codes these days. He said as long as you're not eating it everyday your chances of anything happening are minuscule. He said if you're going to stay away from deli meat you should not eat lettuce either.

I was told you're not suppose to eat deli meat while pregnant because you risk getting listeria.

My dr recommended in the beginning that I stay away from it but hasn't mentioned it since. I pretty much eat whatever I'm craving to be honest 🤷🏽‍♀️

My doctor said it's fine since it's cooked once before and as long as you aren't buy from sketchy place that looks gross you should be fine.

It's a pain in the butt, but I heat up the meat, throw it in the freezer to cool it off a bit and then make my sandwich.
