Ultrasound on Wednesday😬

So I get really bad shooting pains in my ovaries and the doctors have scheduled and ultrasound for me on Wednesday to see if everything's okay down there. When I last went they told me to take a pregnancy test and it came back Negative yet I was 2 days late, I'm now 8 days late and my nipples are sensitive, my back is aching like crazy!, my tummy is hard, I'm tired, I'm being sick and I have the worst migraines! Is this a sign that I'm pregnant?! I'm going to buy some more tests soon to make sure but if I am i would be about 5 weeks, has anyone not had a BFP till they're 5-6 weeks before?♥️
