Nervous

This my 5th pregnancy. I'm a big nervous. I have had 2 miscarriages and 2 kids. My fiancé is excited I am too. It's just a thought of having another loss is what's getting to me. I went to the er Wednesday because I was having a migraine that lasted almost 2 weeks. I found out I was pregnant then. And they did a ultrasound and blood work. My hcg levels are a little above 16,000. But they saw no fetal pole. So I'm even more scared I was 5w2 days when I had the ultrasound. My next one is next Wednesday. Anyone else have no feta pole but have a yolk sack and everything turn out fine.
