Is this a miscarriage?
I think I might be having a miscarriage. My bleeding is abnormally heavy with lots of clots. What I thought was my period was late but I looked up symptoms. I have fever and chills and I'm dizzy. I'm having a lot of mixed emotions and I'm not sure if I should tell my boyfriend if this is a miscarriage. What should I do?
