Diva Cup Problems
I've been trying to switch from tampons to a diva cup but whenever I use the cup I leak and have to wear a pad at the same time. It catches most of my blood but still seems to let some out occasionally. I can feel it's completely open and it's not up too far or too low? I'm a gymnastics coach and can't leave the floor during a class so a cup is just more convenient than tampons but I don't know why I keep leaking 😧
