weird breast pain

So quick question about my boobies (yes I still say boobies),

Some time like 3 months ago, every once in a while maybe like the middle of my cycle or so, Theres this weird pinching pain in my breasts. I pay attention to see if they've grown or have weird lumps in them but nothing. And its not a soreness it's this pinching almost stinging pain deep inside my breasts. And it's not like consistent, I feel a painful punch then it goes away so on and so forth. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you!
