Am I overreacting?

My husband and I have been together 7 years. We have a beautifully baby boy! He is great about doing things for me. He's always happy to bathe the baby or rub my back. He even offers to rub my back etc I really love him and couldn't see myself with anyone else. However, his family seems to have an issue with me and is constantly attacking me via social media. I don't want him to cause more drama by responding to the posts but I wish he'd take the initiative to tell them to knock it off via text or phone call. I feel like he would protect me physically but doesn't protect me emotionally. Also, it may be ridiculous, but it hurts my feelings that he never takes pictures of me to show me off or anything. Am I just hormonal or what? Lol

I don't think your over reacting at all. I had similar issues with my fiances family. They definitely weren't my biggest fan. I think a lot of it stemmed from the fact that he moved away from his family and the very small town he grew up in to live with me. We've been together for 6 years, and now things are finally getting better. But it did take him talking to his family and standing up for me. He's your husband, you two should be a team. Especially if your hurt by what they're saying, he needs to stand up for the woman he loves. I hope things get better for you!

I have been there and it's so frustrating! I have been called every name under the sun by my boyfriends mother, she even told me to hurry up and die! He never said anything! It caused a lot of arguments for us! I ended up just blocking her on everything!

I would block those that cause you drama. Talk to him. If they keep harassing you tell them you will call the cops. Sometimes people need to be told or shaken up. If they threaten you that is under acts of terrorism now. Tell your husband either you say something and do something or I will. He needs to grow a pair honestly or you grow them for him. That isn't fair to you that they are disrespecting you.
