Possible miscarriage or too early ?

I went to the doctor today because I was paranoid . Everything looked good except no heartbeat . They did a ultrasound and said I'm between 5-6 weeks . If you go by my period I'm 6 weeks and 6 days . They couldn't find a heart beat and said I may be too early to find it . Has anyone gone through this ? Please help! I'm following up with my doctor on Monday

At 6 weeks they could only see a gestational sac measuring right for how far along I was. A week later they could see the baby and heartbeat. Try not to stress (:

Update! I'm almost 9 weeks now and got to see the baby this morning . The heartbeat was 174

I was very lucky and got to see the heartbeat at 6w1d but I knew going in that it wasn't guaranteed. Some do, some don't. It's still very early.

going by my period I'm 6 weeks 4 days. I'm also stressing because I have been bleeding. I had an ultrasound yesterday and everything looked normal but wasn't able to see the baby only the sac. the lady said I maybe less than 6 weeks. She said it's to soon to see the baby but everything look normal.
