Does anyone know what a jewel case is??? I had a run in with a pretty rude customer today because he thought I didn't know what that was. He said I needed to educate myself and my team about customer service. He wanted to know if we had any jewel cases. He asked my cashier and she had no clue what it was sis he asked me. I had to think about it for a second but I knew we didn't have any. He asked me if even knew what he was talking about and before I could even speak he rudely told me what it was. I told him I figured that's what he was talking about but wanted to make sure before I told him wrong. He says "you didn't know till I told you. You need to educate yourself and your team" and he walks out of the store upset. I didn't even do anything wrong but try to help him and do my job. Some people can be just down right rude for no reason. I want to see who else knows what a jewel case is before I tell you what it is!!!!
