Am I pregnant ?

My period came last month on June 17th for 5 days my periods are very regular. Today is the 22 of July and no period. But on the 17th of this month I had sharp pain in my lower cervix where you would have contractions if you were in labor I guess you can say mild cramping for about 3 mins. No bleeding whatsoever and it caught me by surprise because thats never happened to me. It's approximately 1 week left in this month. Should I worry? I'm taking a pregnancy test first thing Monday morning.
